Clothes moths can cause irreversible damage to your clothing.

Elis offers several preventive or curative protection systems. Pheromone traps or sexual confusion systems, which cannot be seen by your customers, are an environmentally responsible method of prevention without insecticide. Teams of experts deal with infestations by taking curative action, spraying for optimum efficiency.

Our pest control teams undergo specific training that is legally compliant (Certibiocide). They can also determine which treatment method is best suited to your environment.

  • > Size: 8mm; colour: yellow to brown
  • > Contaminated areas: cupboards, clothing, carpets
  • > Way of life: food: attracted by heat, darkness and food 
  • > Problems: holes in clothes, causing permanent damage; affect the company’s image; tubes of silk in cupboards or around clothing in which the larvae live before hatching into moths
  • > Reproduction: 100 to 200 eggs per year
