Energy efficiency/CO2 scope 1 & 2 Referent

In 2020, the Elis announced its new 2025 corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme. Several commitments are geared towards tackling climate change, in particular:

·       Reducing by 20% CO2 emissions intensity in our operations by 2025 compared to 2010.

·       Improving by 35% thermal energy efficiency of our European plants by 2025 compared to 2010.

This job creation is part of the company's long-term strategy. The Energy efficiency/CO2 Scope 1 & 2 Referent has the following general task s:

·       Evaluate the impacts in terms of CO2 emissions and energy efficiency of the industrial solutions foreseen for major projects, notably new laundry creation, and of the annual investment plan and propose additional solutions if needed

·       Propose technical and / or organizational solutions to improve the performance on these aspects of the installed base

·       Taking into account in the above tasks the positive and negative impacts of regulations in force or to come in relationship with our CSR Direction.

·       Maintain a technological watch in order to identify innovative solutions that can help achieve the objectives mentioned above
