The increase in use of electronic devices, the demand for smart technology, advances in the automotive industry and the requirement for better connectivity are all contributing to the increasing demand in the microelectronics industry.

Microelectronic industries deal with the study and the manufacturing of electronic components at a micron scale. At this level, the slightest particle of dust, dirt, skin flakes, spores… and a non controlled discharge of static electricity, can damage the product during the preparations, production and internal transfers. These particles can have a dimension of 1/1000 of a human hair. It is therefore crucial to carry out these processes in a controlled environment where the number of particles are controlled and the incoming air is filtered by means of HEPA filters. This controlled environment, limits and controls the introduction, retention and creation of particles and thereby protects the final products. Moreover, the worn clothing has to ensure the dissipation of the build-up static electricity on the operator’s body and has to ensure not to damage the final product, handled by the operator. To meet your needs, our Polyester filament garments are made with integrated grids of carbon fibre that will hold back static charging, discharge the build-up static electricity on a controlled way and protect your product.
